Following a career in sales, marketing, and quality (a Six Sigma Black Belt), Matt was the General Manager of the Business Leadership Forum at CEB now Gartner, part of the organization’s Strategy Practice which provided consulting services to heads of business units as well as executive strategy officers and their teams. In this role, he oversaw the research, member-services, executive education, and administrative elements of the multi-million dollar business. Later, he became one of the top-scoring facilitators of the firm’s Leadership Academies where he served a range of top-tier clients globally. In addition to his work with Leaderboard, Matt coaches small and midsize businesses to strengthen their operational structures and systems, people management, communications, and strategic growth.

Outside of professional pursuits, Matt is passionate about his role as husband and father to four children and caring for the elderly. He is currently building an online community for caregivers of the elderly.
